Government Contracts Division:
A/C & R Services Inc. is currently under contract with the government for the following services:

(1) More than 40 different commissaries throughout the United States including Alaska. We provide management of all repairs & retrofit operations for these locations for the following:

a. Rack Refrigeration Service
b. Small Refrigeration Service
c. Complete HVAC System Repairs
d. Refrigerant Usage Tracking
e. Pro-active Preventive Maintenance
f. Project Management of large retrofit installations for HVAC and Refrigeration
g. Installation of Refrigeration and HVAC Systems
h. System repair tracking for each piece of equipment – allowing the complete efficient operation of the systems for the full life span of each piece of equipment
i. RMCS (Refrigeration Monitoring Control System) operation and full maintenance & repair

(2) Installation of RMCS systems and certification of the same

(3) Inspection Consulting to the DeCA Group to ensure the proper installation in accordance with design

(4) Coordination with various project engineers for certification and start up of various systems in HVAC & Refrigeration

(5) Project Scheduling worldwide – coordination with various contractors for the installation process of major construction installation of HVAC and Refrigeration
